OEM COMPONENT SUPPLIER · DRAWING-MATCHED PRODUCTION

Rubber Components for Water & Fluid Management

EPDM seals, gaskets and rubber lining for treatment, distribution and pump equipment, produced to your drawing at our ISO 9001:2015 facility in Nashik, India.

COMPONENTS WE SUPPLY FOR WATER & FLUID MANAGEMENT

Engineered to Spec, Not to Catalogue

We don’t stock generic parts. Each component is produced against your drawing or an OEM sample — compound, hardness and geometry matched to the water chemistry and duty cycle rather than picked from a catalogue.

WHERE OUR COMPONENTS ARE USED

Built into treatment and distribution equipment.

Centrifugal Pumps

Shaft seals, casing gaskets and pump-set mounts for continuous-duty service. Send the shaft speed, the medium and the duty profile — a seal specified for intermittent duty and one for 24-hour running are not the same part.

Treatment Skids

Valve and manifold sealing for filtration, dosing and disinfection process equipment.

Distribution & Metering

Pipe coupling gaskets, check valve seats and meter seals across the distribution network.

Tanks & Storage

Tank and sump lining, manway gaskets and hatch seals in compounds selected for potable water compatibility. Tell us the surface area, the thickness and whether you need it supplied cut or supplied and fitted.

BUILT FOR WATER & FLUID MANAGEMENT CONDITIONS

Sealing rated for continuous water duty.

Water infrastructure runs continuously for years. Compound and geometry are selected for long-cycle durability and potable-water compatibility rather than short-run performance.

Potable Water Compatibility

EPDM is our standard polymer for potable water service. Potable-water approval is granted to a specific compound formulation, not to a polymer — tell us the scheme your market requires and we will confirm what we can supply against it. The common schemes are WRAS to BS 6920 in the UK, NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 in North America, AS/NZS 4020 in Australia and New Zealand, and KTW-BWGL with DVGW W270 in Germany.

retitled

Compound and geometry are chosen for continuous running rather than intermittent duty — compression set to ASTM D395 Method B, which we test in-house, is the property that decides whether a static seal still seals after a year. A cycle count comes from your rig or a third-party laboratory, and we will support that test.

Temperature & Chlorine

Compounds chosen for the disinfection chemistry and temperature range of your process, not generic water service. EN 681-1 sets the service bands water equipment is written to: cold potable to 50 °C, hot potable and non-potable to 110 °C, drainage at 45 °C continuous and 95 °C intermittent. Send the disinfectant and its residual — chlorine, chloramine and ozone attack elastomers differently.

Sediment & Abrasion

Sealed geometries and natural rubber compounds for raw-water and sediment-laden duty. We supply moulded components — gaskets, seals and O-rings — and rubber sheet lining for tanks, sumps and pipework, in the same compounds.

CUSTOM ENGINEERING

We match your system spec, not the other way around.

Margo operates dedicated tooling capability for custom rubber components. Send us your OEM drawing, existing part, or equipment make and model — we reverse-engineer and produce to your specification.

  • OEM drawing and sample matching
  • Custom mould tooling in-house
  • Rubber-to-metal bonding in-house — bonded seals and mounts
  • Compound selection by application, not by catalogue grade
  • Pre-production sample approval before volume release
  • Long-run production with consistent batch quality
