OUR STORY

From a 6,000 sq ft Workshop to an Automated Plant.

Margo Rubber Products was founded in Nashik in 2005. The previous works ran 6,000 sq ft and about 200,000 parts a month. Moving to a purpose-built 10,000+ sq ft plant, and automating during the move, took installed capacity to five million parts a month — twenty-five times the old works.

The plant is built for a single linear workflow: raw material in at one end, finished goods out at the other, with no cross-traffic between clean and flash-generating areas. Today it supplies 24 named accounts across automotive, industrial machinery, electrical, specialist vehicles, medical, chemicals and tooling.

VISION & MISSION

Where We Are Going, and What We Will Not Trade for It.

OUR VISION

To supply the export markets we have already mapped.

We have screened 95 countries, written country-level sourcing playbooks for 18 of them, and set an activation order of five: Australia, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. The research is done. The work now is filling the lanes.

OUR MISSION

Formulate the compound for the job, not for the shelf.

We mix our own compound. If the part sits in hot oil we build for hot oil; if it sits in sunlight under static strain we build for ozone. The formulation is the engineering, and it is the one thing we will not subcontract.

CORE VALUES

What We Stand For.

Six commitments, each with a number behind it that we will show you on an audit.

  1. 01

    Inspected, not assumed

First article, in-process and final release inspection on every despatch lot. Target rejection rate under 1%.

  2. 02

    Tolerance that is real

Dimensional conformity to ISO 3302-1, classes M1–M4 moulded and E1–E3 extruded. Tolerance follows the section.

  3. 03

    Specify us against a standard

    We quote against ASTM D2000 / SAE J200, ASTM D1056, ISO 3601 / AS568 and IS 5382.

  4. 04

    Compound is ours

Eight polymer families mixed in-house. Even filler distribution, batch after batch, since mixing was automated.

  5. 05

    Engineers, not account managers

Our engineers work directly with your R&D on design validation. Audits welcomed, not negotiated around.

  6. 06

    Delivered when promised

Over 99% on-time delivery, 95% repeat order rate, and an average client relationship over ten years.

LEADERSHIP MESSAGE

“A large share of our work arrives as a worn part in an envelope, not a CAD file. Somebody needs that part to exist again, and it has to fit.”

Reverse engineering is a standard route to a first order here. We measure the part, identify the compound family, and quote against the sample. It is also the clearest test of whether a supplier actually formulates compound or simply buys it in.

MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE

One Roof, One Flow, No Handoffs.

A 10,000+ sq ft plant in the Nashik industrial belt, laid out for a single linear workflow with compression, transfer and injection moulding plus continuous-cure extrusion. Automated presses hold cure temperature and pressure closed-loop, which takes operator variation out of the part.

On the floor

  • Automated moulding presses — closed-loop temperature and pressure control
  • Digital curing ovens — programmable, with a retrievable cure record per batch
  • Compound mixing, automated — even filler distribution, batch after batch
  • In-line deflashing and trimming — consistent finish, less manual handling
  • IoT production monitoring — a slow press shows up the same day, not at month end
  • Centralised ERP and MES — planning, tracking and batch traceability across the plant
OUR TEAM

Two Founders, Both on the Floor.

Margo is run by the two people who started it. Neither sits between you and the plant.

SUSTAINABILITY & INNOVATION

Less Waste per Part, Measured Not Promised.

Automating compound mixing and cure control cut scrap: material utilisation improved 20% and cycle time fell 30%, which is less rubber and less energy for the same part. The plant is fully compliant with MIDC environmental and industrial norms. We have not set a carbon target and will not publish one until we can measure against it.
