Powertrain & transmission
AEM insulation bushes, engine mounts and transmission oil seals rated for sustained under-bonnet heat and oil contact.

Margo’s largest sector by volume. Moulded rubber components for powertrain, chassis, body and under-bonnet assemblies, produced to your drawing at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant in Nashik — including AEM, the compound we supply to Mahindra & Mahindra.
COMPONENTS WE SUPPLY FOR AUTOMOTIVE
We don’t stock generic parts. Each component is produced against your drawing or an OEM sample — compound, hardness and geometry matched to the mounting position rather than picked from a catalogue.

WHERE OUR COMPONENTS ARE USED
AEM insulation bushes, engine mounts and transmission oil seals rated for sustained under-bonnet heat and oil contact.
Silent-block bushes, shackle and spring eye bushes, and anti-vibration mounts matched to your suspension geometry and load case.
A/C air-extractor flaps, radiator shroud flaps, hose and cooling-system seals for under-bonnet assemblies.
BUILT FOR AUTOMOTIVE CONDITIONS
Automotive duty combines heat, oil, vibration and volume. Compound and geometry are selected for the specific mounting position rather than from a generic catalogue.
AEM holds a −40 °C to +175 °C service range, continuous to about +160 °C, with strong resistance to engine oils and heat ageing, which is why it is our signature automotive compound.
Mount geometry and durometer tuned to the resonance frequency of the assembly, not to generic softness. Isolation only begins above about 1.4 times the system natural frequency.
NBR and AEM compounds selected where sustained contact with engine oils, coolants or transmission fluid is expected.
Long-run production with batch-level traceability, so the ten-thousandth part matches the first article.
