Conveyor systems
Anti-vibration mounts and bushes for head and tail pulleys, idler frames and drive assemblies, matched to your conveyor OEM’s mount pattern. Shaft seals for pulley bearings and gearboxes.

Every component we supply is engineered to your equipment specification — tooled, compounded and certified at our ISO 9001:2015 facility in Nashik, India. We manufacture to OEM drawings. Not off the shelf.
COMPONENTS WE SUPPLY FOR MINING
We don’t stock generic parts. Each component is produced against your drawing or an OEM sample — compound, hardness and geometry matched to the duty rather than picked from a catalogue.

Bonded mounts for conveyor drives, crusher frames, screen decks and haul truck cabs

Pivot, linkage and shackle bushes for idler frames, screen suspensions and mobile plant

Hydraulic cylinder, valve body and pneumatic actuator seals for drilling and underground plant

Flange, cover and access-hatch gaskets for pumps, tanks and enclosures

Dust boots and protective covers for hydraulic rams, linkages and cylinder rods

Cable and hose pass-through seals for cabs, panels and junction boxes

Cab door and window seals, dust curtains, acoustic lining and access-panel foam
WHERE OUR COMPONENTS ARE USED
Anti-vibration mounts and bushes for head and tail pulleys, idler frames and drive assemblies, matched to your conveyor OEM’s mount pattern. Shaft seals for pulley bearings and gearboxes.
High-load anti-vibration mounts for jaw crushers, cone crushers and vibrating screen decks. Handles shock, dust and continuous heavy-cycle operation.
Rubber-to-metal bonded mounts for haul truck cab suspension, engine mounts and auxiliary equipment. Dust boots and protective covers for hydraulic rams and linkages.
O-rings and custom seal profiles for hydraulic cylinders, valve bodies and pneumatic actuators across drilling rigs and underground equipment.
BUILT FOR MINING CONDITIONS
Mining environments are hostile. Compound selection, hardness and bonding method are chosen specifically for the application, not from a catalogue.
Natural rubber has the best abrasion and tear resistance of the eight compounds we mix, and it is what we specify for mounts, bushes and boots working in ore, grit and particulate. We supply both halves of the range: moulded and extruded components, and rubber sheet lining and conveyor skirting cut and prepared to your drawing, in the same compounds.
Compound and geometry engineered for your equipment’s resonance frequency. Not generic softness — tuned isolation, which only begins above about 1.4 times the system natural frequency.
FKM to +250 °C (continuous to +200 °C) and EPDM from −40 °C, covering sub-zero underground environments through to high-heat engine bays.
Sealed geometries and ozone-resistant compounds maintain integrity in high-particulate, wet and corrosive mining atmospheres.
