Centrifugal pumps
Rotary shaft seals, casing gaskets and moulded wear components produced to your drawing, matched to the duty point and the medium.

Precision sealing components that keep fluid-handling systems leak-free — flange gaskets, shaft seals, O-rings and diaphragms moulded to your drawing at our ISO 9001:2015 facility in Nashik, India.
COMPONENTS WE SUPPLY FOR PUMPS & VALVES
We don’t stock generic parts. Each component is produced against your drawing or an OEM sample — compound, hardness and geometry matched to the medium and the duty point rather than picked from a catalogue.

Flange, casing and body gaskets for pump housings and valve bodies

Body, bonnet and seat seals for gate, ball, butterfly and control valves

Protective boots for valve stems, actuator rods and exposed spindles

Pivot and linkage bushes for valve actuators and pump baseplates

Bonded mounts for pump skids, motor bases and packaged sets

O-ring cord and vulcanised joined rings for large-diameter housing joints
WHERE OUR COMPONENTS ARE USED
Rotary shaft seals, casing gaskets and moulded wear components produced to your drawing, matched to the duty point and the medium.
Moulded diaphragms and extruded silicone tubing, produced against controlled drawing revisions.
O-rings and seat profiles for gate, ball, butterfly and control valves across process duty. Stem boots for exposed spindles.
Precision small-bore seals and gaskets for meters, sensors and instrumentation housings.
BUILT FOR PUMPS & VALVES CONDITIONS
Fluid handling covers everything from potable water to aggressive process chemistry. The compound is selected for the medium in contact and the service temperature, then the geometry is matched to your housing.
EPDM to +140 °C for water and steam, NBR to +120 °C for oils, FKM to +250 °C for aggressive chemistry. Selection is driven by your medium, not by stock availability. EPDM must not be used in petroleum service.
Rotary lip seals and dynamic O-rings specified for shaft speed and surface finish, not dimension alone. Send the shaft finish with the drawing — it is the most common cause of premature lip-seal failure and it is rarely on the enquiry.
Compounds across the full service envelope: silicone from −60 °C, EPDM from −40 °C, FKM to +250 °C — sub-zero ambient through to sustained high-temperature process duty.
Natural rubber has the best abrasion resistance of the eight compounds we mix, and we mould it to your drawing for slurry-duty seals and wear components. We supply both: components moulded to drawing, and rubber sheet lining for casings, sumps and pipework in the same compounds.
