CASE STUDIES · MARGO RUBBER PRODUCTS

Nothing Published Yet. Everything On Record.

We are a precision rubber manufacturer in Nashik, India, ISO 9001:2015 certified, with 60+ active customers, an average relationship of more than ten years, and 95% repeat orders.

What we have never done is write any of it up. We have no published case studies, and we would rather say so than manufacture one. This page exists because we believe our first documented partners deserve to know exactly what to expect before they decide to work with us, not after.

What Our Case Studies Will Cover

When we publish our first documented case study, it will follow this four-part structure. We are sharing the format now so prospective buyers understand the rigour behind what we will report — and what you can hold us accountable to.

  1. CHALLENGE

    Understanding the Specification

Every case study begins with the exact component brief — tolerances, material grade, application environment and regulatory requirements. We document what the buyer needed, and why a standard off-the-shelf part fell short.

    ISO 3302-1

    Class M1–M4 moulded, E1–E3 extruded

  2. COMPONENT SPECCED

    Compound & Geometry Selection

We record the compound chosen, the mould geometry, shore hardness and the rationale. Buyers see exactly how the specification maps to the final formulation.

    8 Compounds

    Mixed in-house, published in full

  3. QC PROCESS

    Dimensional & Performance Verification

Each case study will log the inspection checkpoints — hardness testing, compression set to ASTM D395 Method B, tensile strength and dimensional verification — against the agreed acceptance criteria.

    ISO 9001:2015

    Certified for rubber moulded components

  4. OUTCOME METRICS

    Measurable Results for the Buyer

We will report lead time met against lead time committed, rejection rate at final inspection, on-time delivery, and any post-delivery feedback. Numbers, not adjectives.

    100% Traceable

Batch traceability from compound to despatch

03 · EXISTING TRUST PROOF

In the Meantime

Case studies are one form of evidence. Our certification scope, our compound data and our delivery record are available now — these are the signals buyers typically verify before a first order.

  • CERTIFICATIONS

    ISO 9001:2015 & Quality Approach

Our quality management system is third-party certified — certificate 09111526A, Integral Certification Ltd, valid to 21 February 2027, scope: rubber moulded components. Our quality philosophy is not a document, it is a process: from incoming raw material inspection to final dimensional verification, every step is logged and traceable.

  • DELIVERY RECORD

    What We Have Actually Done

60+ active customers, an average relationship of more than ten years, 95% repeat orders and over 99% on-time delivery. No case study is written up yet — but the record behind them is not new, and our customers are listed on our about page.

  • TECHNICAL SPECS

    Compound & Material Data

Hardness ranges, temperature profiles and chemical resistance for all eight compounds we mix — AEM, FKM, NBR, EPDM, silicone, neoprene, SBR and natural rubber — published on the page, not gated behind a form.

04 · FIRST PARTNER INVITATION

AN HONEST INVITATION

Be Our First Documented Partner.

If you place a trial order with us, we will publish a full case study on this page — with your approval — that documents the process from specification to delivery. No embellishment. No invented outcomes.

We are not trying to manufacture credibility we have not earned. The work is twenty years old; the write-up is not. We are asking for the chance to show our working in full.
