Rubber Components for Agricultural Machinery, Manufactured in India

Weather- and UV-resistant rubber components for farm equipment and irrigation systems, moulded to your drawing at our ISO 9001:2015 facility in Nashik, India.

COMPONENTS WE SUPPLY FOR AGRICULTURE

Engineered to Spec, Not to Catalogue

We don’t stock generic parts. Each component is produced against your drawing or an OEM sample — compound, hardness and geometry matched to outdoor service and the contamination it sees rather than picked from a catalogue.

WHERE OUR COMPONENTS ARE USED

Built into machinery that works outdoors.

Tractors & self-propelled machinery

Cab mounts, engine isolation and pivot bushes rated for continuous outdoor service. Shaft seals for PTO drives, gearboxes and wheel hubs.

Irrigation systems

Hose connector seals, valve gaskets and sprayer diaphragms in weather-resistant compounds.

Implements & linkages

Hitch pin buffers, pivot bushes and protective boots for three-point linkages and towed implements.

Spraying & fluid handling

Diaphragms and seals selected for compatibility with agricultural chemicals and fertiliser solutions. Send the chemical and its concentration — a compound that holds against a dilute spray may not hold against the concentrate it is mixed from.

BUILT FOR AGRICULTURE CONDITIONS

Rubber that survives sun, water and grit.

Agricultural machinery sits outdoors year-round. Compound choice is driven by UV and ozone exposure, chemical contact and abrasive contamination rather than indoor service assumptions.

UV & Ozone Resistance

EPDM for components in continuous outdoor exposure — −40 °C to +140 °C, 40 to 90 Shore A — where general-purpose rubber perishes. Ozone resistance is one of the tests we run in-house, so a weathering specification can be checked before release rather than after a season in the field.

Abrasion & Contamination

Natural rubber — the best abrasion resistance of the eight compounds we mix — with sealed geometries for soil, grit and organic contamination. We supply moulded components — bushes, boots, seals and mounts — and rubber sheet lining for hoppers, chutes and tanks.

Temperature Swing

Compounds selected to stay flexible across seasonal extremes rather than a narrow operating band — EPDM −40 to +140 °C, neoprene −40 to +120 °C, natural rubber −20 to +90 °C. Below −20 °C natural rubber stiffens, and a linkage bush that was compliant in summer will not be on a cold start.

Shock & Vibration

Mount geometry tuned for rough-terrain shock loading rather than smooth-running industrial duty. Send the supported mass, the mounting orientation and the disturbing frequency — rate is set by geometry and hardness together, and a mount specified from hardness alone is a guess.

CUSTOM ENGINEERING

We match your machine spec, not the other way around.

Margo operates dedicated tooling capability for custom rubber components. Send us your OEM drawing, existing part, or equipment make and model — we reverse-engineer and produce to your specification.

  • OEM drawing and sample matching
  • Custom mould tooling in-house
  • Rubber-to-metal bonding in-house — bonded bushes and mounts
  • Compound selection by application, not by catalogue grade
  • Pre-production sample approval before volume release
  • Long-run production with consistent batch quality

Buyers are responsible for confirming applicable import duties for their specific order. Where timber packaging is used, consignments are shipped with ISPM-15 treated and marked pallets and a fumigation certificate. Kenya and Tanzania both require pre-shipment verification of conformity (PVoC) through an approved inspection body before departure — we supply the technical file and arrange inspection at the Nashik facility.
