Compressors & condensing units
Anti-vibration mounts and isolation pads that keep compressor noise and vibration out of the building structure. Port caps and service-valve seals for outdoor units.

Gaskets, grommets and vibration isolators for heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, moulded to your drawing at our ISO 9001:2015 facility in Nashik, India.
COMPONENTS WE SUPPLY FOR HVAC
We don’t stock generic parts. Each component is produced against your drawing or an OEM sample — compound, hardness and geometry matched to the exposure and the vibration profile rather than picked from a catalogue.

Compressor, fan and condensing unit mounts; machine feet and isolation pads

Cable, pipe and refrigerant line pass-through seals for panels and enclosures

Duct flange, access hatch and panel gaskets in weather-resistant compounds

Duct liner, pipe wrap, AHU door seals and self-adhesive foam tape

Door and access-panel seals, edge trim and glazing channels, cut to length

Fan mounting bushes and linkage pivots for dampers and actuators

Refrigerant circuit and service port seals, and static seals on valve bodies

Isolation pads, anti-slip feet and port caps for outdoor units
WHERE OUR COMPONENTS ARE USED
Anti-vibration mounts and isolation pads that keep compressor noise and vibration out of the building structure. Port caps and service-valve seals for outdoor units.
Duct flange gaskets, panel seals, access-hatch profiles and closed-cell foam duct liner and pipe wrap, in weather- and temperature-resistant compounds.
Neoprene and nitrile sealing selected for refrigerant and lubricant compatibility — the compound has to hold against the refrigerant and the compressor oil together, and the oil is usually the harder of the two. Tell us the refrigerant and the lubricant with the enquiry.
BUILT FOR HVAC CONDITIONS
HVAC equipment lives outdoors, indoors and in plant rooms. Compound choice is driven by UV and ozone exposure, service temperature and the vibration profile of the machine.
EPDM is the standard choice for outdoor and weather-exposed sealing, with excellent UV and ozone resistance. Ozone resistance is tested to ISO 1431-1 through our NABL-accredited partner laboratory.
Mount geometry and durometer tuned to the machine’s resonance rather than generic softness. Isolation only begins above about 1.4 times the system natural frequency — which is why a mount that is too stiff for its load does nothing at all.
Compounds selected to survive repeated thermal cycling: EPDM −40 to +140 °C, neoprene −40 to +120 °C, silicone −60 to +220 °C where the duty runs hotter.
Foam and solid profiles that hold compression set performance over long service intervals. Compression set measured to ASTM D395 Method B, which we run in-house — it is the property that decides when a door or duct seal stops sealing.
